The Biggest Story on Racial Injustice

“Social justice is a concept of fair and just relations between the individual and society as measured by the distribution of wealth, opportunities for personal activity, and social privileges.

The key terms in the above definition is "fair" and "just". Because "justice" and "just" are used, the statement forwards any inequality as a moral perpetration, and it provokes in us the need to blame as a key objective.

As the concept was socialized in public and private discourse, in the research journals, and the media, it took on a life of its own. It became a truism in the public mind that was self-evidencing and self-fulfilling.

As referenced above, the truth about the statistics is that they are all cause. This means true root cause or causes are unknown, and so there are potentially numerous causes. Unfortunately, this has not stopped politicians, news media, and the diversity industry from speculating causation. The seemingly final attribution of systemic or institutionalized racism as the cause - and portraying events as proof, have become in vogue. Finding true cause is not funded or results are ignored in the public. And not socializing in kind with the same language and concepts have become unacceptable and one risks being labeled a racist for any dissent such as this post.

Consider the introduction of the modern IQ test. In 1905, Alfred Binet created the IQ test to determine what children didn't do well with the current education format. The purpose, so he was told, was to know what children need a different format of teaching. However, when he gave it to the education field they raved it as evidence children having trouble in school were not wicked but rather they just can't learn.

Despite Alfred Binet's constant rebutting the test as indicating a child could or could not learn, it stuck in society. And as it caught on in the different industries, forums, venues, and discourses - none ever exposed to the original controversy of the IQ test (or were ambivalent to it) propagated it ever the more. Everything that followed from being labeled a genius to the creating of Mensa are all based on the misuse and thus lie of the IQ test. How do you correct it?

The moral explanation and how selected evens reported are skewed as evidence of social injustice is as fallacious as when humans blamed illness and catastrophe on angry gods.

It isn’t science. It isn’t even philosophy because the logical argument fails with social justice. It is a Red Herring, serving as a distraction from solving the real problem because the problem statement is not based on science and consequently has no tangible elements, like explicit discriminatory verbiage in law, or demonstrated prejudice in corporate leadership among most corporations that can practically targeted.

The result for pushing social injustice is further racial divide, justification for violence and destruction, and perpetuating the financial and political benefits of those who have much to lose if the problem was solved.

The closest tangible element directly relevant and causing the “unfair” or “unjust” statistics is the K-12 public education system. So what is that tangible element directly relevant and causing the statistics the vast majority of us bemoan? The achievement gap and obsolete mindsets in the discipline.

A survey many years ago (I’ve long lost that article) revealed a large percentage of educators don’t believe Latinos and blacks for instance are as smart as whites and Asians. I’ve personally observed public K-12 educators referencing many studies and publications showing test scores that seem to confirm it.

Saying those scores prove blacks and Latinos aren't as smart as whites and Asians, is the exact same thing as saying the DOL statistics prove social injustice. Picking to believe one and not another that both arrived through the same dubious and fallacious process is why we need the scientific method.

The real question is, what came first? The test scores or the mindsets?

It was mindsets. But what does that have to do with anything?

We are wired with the propensity to automatically perform according to what we think others think of us, whether they do or do not think so. The scientific evidence is voluminous in support of this, meaning the social construct called race is only involved through this hard-wired propensity.

This is good news for minorities suffering from this. They can now, based on hard scientific evidence, know that do not have an inferior intelligence to whites - that such a belief is bogus. The bad news is this never enters the argument and the public K-12 problem failure never enters the argument.

If we reformed the education discipline and the public K-12 education system to better understand the nature of our species juveniles, to rid the stereotypes and mindsets that were never scientifically supported, and to provide a format that limits the social jungle and manages culture, we would start turning those DOL statistics around withing a decade. Turning the DOL statistics around means each demographic group’s DOL statistics would more and more with time, closely match the percentage that demographic group is represented in the population.

But instead, we want to rewrite history showing this country as having evil origins and a blemish on humanity, we want to blame white people and force them to engage such stupidity as changing their whiteness, and never addressing the true problem. The result is perpetuated racial injustice with the false narrative that never originated with the intent to solve anything.
